About the Department

The B.Com (C.A) course was started in the year 2011 – 2012 to fulfill the needs of rural students in and around Ulundurpet town. The department has highly energetic and vibrant staff members with good teaching experience. The department aims at developing knowledge, skill, attitude and values through dynamic and interactive methods of learning. We conduct various career development programme’s to encourage our students. Some of our students now enjoy position as proprietors in their own companies, Assistant professors, managers, clerks and etc. Many of our students are now working in colleges, BPOs and various private organizations. Scope of B.Com Computer Application

• B.Com in Computer Application graduates has a lot of career opportunities in the field of accounting, banking, marketing, e-commerce, teaching, insurance and stock markets. They can work as Probationary officer, Loan officer or Collection officer in various banks.
• Students opting to undergo a course in B.Com (Computer Applications) learn not only the subjects of Commerce, but are also taught to use the software technology for their professional requirements.
• The course bridging commerce and computer applications helps them to become smart and employable. Training in Computer Applications in the field of commerce is an extra mileage in placements. It has an innovative modern curriculum. After the completion of the course, one can join any of the following programmes namely: MBA, MCA, M.Com, M.Com, (CA), ACS, CA, MIB, MSW.
